High-speed Flute Laminating Machine
The HW series High Speed Automatic Flute Laminator is suitable for the lamination of printed cardboard paper with 3 ply or 5 ply corrugated sheet which is mainly used in food, beverage boxes etc. The machine adopts chasing registration method with the help of imported low-voltage parts, liquid sensor and motion control system. The equipment adopts the perfect combination of motion control system and servo rectifying system, and uses multiple groups of photoelectric induction base paperrelative position to control the two sides of the paper servo motor to do independent compensation work, only need to input paper size can be automatically completed adjustment equipment, operation and production.

1. TOP SHEET FEEDING MECHANISM

3.CONVEY SYSTEM

4.BOTTOM PAPER SYSTEM
1)The imported servo motor is used to drive the bottom paper conveying structure of the suction belt, which is matched with Japan Nida suction belt and SMC high-frequency valve, so that the conveying distance of the bottom paper (corrugated and paperboard) is accurate and smooth
2)When the pit paper is warped, the pneumatic layering can press the front end of the pit paper to ensure smooth paper production.
5.POSITIONING AND GLUE SYSTEM
1)High precision stainless steel knurled rubber roller, never rust, after fine grinding to ensure uniform gluing
2)The specially processed copper block ensures that the rubber roller running at high speed will not throw glue and overflow glue It can adjust the backflow of glue to ensure the cleanliness of equipment and the service life of bearings. 3)The error value between front paper and base paper is controlled by multiple groups of photoelectric detection and calculation The side servo motor compensates the surface paper to a predetermined position for precise alignment.
