Product Description
The HW-1080 Full Version Waste Removal Machine is an intelligent product developed by Zhejiang Huawei Machinery Co., Ltd. according to market demand. It is mainly used for automatic waste removal of various types of medicine boxes, cigarette packs, and small packaging boxes (splicing boxes) after automatic die-cutting of paper and PP in printing factories. All parts of the machine are made using fully automated modern machining centers, with high-precision screw double guide rail stroke control. The entire machine adopts a PLC human-machine interface intelligent operating system, which is safe and reliable to operate, greatly reducing the labor intensity of users and labor costs

This equipment adopts servo hydraulic control system, which has obvious advantages:
1. Large torque, fast starting, fast braking, fast reversing, precise pressure stroke control, and can work stably in harsh environments of high and low temperatures. It is safer and more stable than ordinary hydraulic systems.
