Product Description

HW-1080 full-page stripping machine is an intelligent product developed by Zhejiang Huawei Machinery Co., Ltd. according to market demand. It is mainly used for automatic waste removal and removal of various medicine boxes, cigarette boxes, and various small packaging boxes (imposition boxes) after automatic die-cutting of paper and PP in printing plants. All parts of the machine are made of fully automatic modern processing centers, with high-precision screw rod and double guide rail travel control. The whole machine adopts PLC human-machine interface intelligent operating system, which is safe and reliable to operate, greatly reducing the labor intensity of users and reducing labor costs.
This equipment adopts servo hydraulic control system, which has obvious advantages:
1. Large torque, fast starting, fast braking, fast reversing, precise pressure stroke control, and can work stably in harsh environments of high and low temperatures. It is safer and more stable than ordinary hydraulic systems.
2. Compared with ordinary hydraulic systems, it saves 70% energy.
3. It is 1/10 of the noise of ordinary hydraulic systems.
4. It can continuously maintain pressure with infinite speed regulation, and the oil temperature is
1/3 of that of ordinary hydraulic stations, which prolongs the service life of the hydraulic system
 and is simple to maintain.                    
                                                    

High-density honeycomb panels can be equipped with φ5/3φ stripping pin to achieve full page stripping. The upper and lower honeycomb panels are engraved with scales for fast and accurate alignment.
