Surface paper feeding section: The feeder head adopts shaftless transmission and
internal cam design to ensure stable high-speed operation.
Thickened wall panel, dual bearing transmission, large diameter stainless steel+45 # carbon steel composite coating roller, high-speed operation without glue throwing.
Advantages of stainless steel+45 # carbon steel composite drum: deep mesh pattern, uniform coating, more adhesive saving, therefore higher mounting flatness, good drum strength, no deformation, and never corrosion.
Peer merchants all use pure stainless steel rollers or chrome plated steel rods, with the following advantages and disadvantages:
Pure stainless steel roller: Good corrosion resistance, but insufficient strength and easy deformation.
Chromium plated steel rod: High strength, not easily deformed, but limited by the chrome plating process, the depth of the mesh is shallow, resulting in poor uniformity of the adhesive coating and easy
corrosion of the drum.
Servo rotary control valve
